Laurie my Friend the Waitress

       Last week I was informed that Lauries 3 week old Granddaughter had passed. The REASON she was not at work. I texted her my condolences and she texted back her thanks.
        I am Usually there Tuesday A M for breakfast and coffee and we rag each other a bit. Mentioned before Laurie has been waiting on me since I retired-13 and a half years ago. All Good!  Well I've got a Drs. appt 2moro so I was not at the resturant. I'll go there 2moro before Drs. appt. Laurie texted me this A M-Are you all right? She just buried an Infant Granddaughter and she is checking on this old guy?  And when I asked her bout that She informed THATS what FRIENDS Do! IF that LADY wasn't already Married!
        I guess what I'm attempting to say is that there are STILL decent GOD fearing folks in this great country of ours.  RIDE SAFE.

Good to hear, it's depressing to see the direction our country and a lot of young people are taking but I like to think people like Laurie outnumber all those that think they know what's best for us.  Thanks for sharing that.
