South Carolina

Clayton is just a half hour or so from my house. I rode up there
this morning and Willow was there!

A few weeks ago Jared Hinkle replaced the belts and pulleys
on my Valkyrie, and did some other tune up, I ran into him
there too: https://www.valkyrieflatsix.com/about

Britman led a ride out and another handful of us followed
me on a three hour tour loop. On a whim, I flipped my camera
around backwards in the hopes that I'd capture something...

We left the motel and headed down Warwoman Road and towards
South Carolina...

While I was searching through the backwards pictures for some
kind of shot other than my knee, I ran into this picture from the
last ride we went on...

As we went in our 100 plus mile circle around Clayton, we crossed
the main road back to Clayton near Clarksville and got hamburgers
at Blue Creek... yum...

We stopped here along the way... kind of a strip of fake storefronts
with a real quickie mart at one end and a real music hall (bluegrass
on Friday nights) on the other end.

197 and Burton Dam road and some others and back to the motel...

That was a good ride through the back roads. Lunch stop was a good pick also.  cooldude

Rodney passed out in the parking lot last night ( not from drinking) he just blacked out and hit the concrete. He stayed at the motel when we left this morning he had a friend with a trailer on the way to get him.

Nope. He's done it few times recently. He told me his blood is good and he's got hypertension under control. It seems he has sleep apnea but doesn't use a Cpap. I encouraged him to think about it and told him I've been using one for years and like it.

Sleep apnea wouldn't cause him to pass out while awake.  He really should see his doc... something's going on.

I talked to his wife last night after we got him up. He will be seeing a doctor soon.
