He's good, just working a ton of hours.  They have embarked on a large deck project at the house.  Tore the old one off and decked end to end with a 2nd deck down below with hot tub and I believe also putting in an above ground pool.  Might as well spend that money now on house improvements vs. getting donkey punched in the market

Well that's a couple decent projects all rolled into one.....
He may need a lifeguard for the pool.....
