Way back in early 1985, I was stationed on a frigate (FFG8 USS McInerney) that was getting an overhaul in Boston. Me and one of the other officers was renting an apartment on the beach at Revere Beach. Downstairs was a petty officer who was stationed on the Constitution. Was too busy to go see it (I was constantly going off to schools - its what a CICO does ).
