Did you put on new pads? Is it a "normal" tire :-) ...? If you take a closeup
picture of your calipers and look at it blown up on your computer screen,
are they rank and groaty? My caliper was rank and groaty the time it hung
up and got the rotor hot...

Oh well no change in lever pressure after leaving the lever all the way pulled in over night.

Once it warms up I'll get back in the garage and keep doing something.

If I was there I'd want to bleed it...

After that, somehow verify that the master cylinder is working OK...
Do you have another one to try...?

After that I'd want to look closely at the calipers, even to the
point of removing and cleaning and disassembling them...

After that... the lines? It's never the lines is it? ... you're already
sure there's not a leak...? I probably have brand new sets of
brake and clutch lines :-) ...

I can't bleed it because when I pull the brake lever the fluid level doesn't change  in the master cylinder/reservoir. Brake lever still pulls back too easily.

I've used a syringe to suck fluid from the reservoir down to the caliper to get the bleeding primed before...

 There is a system called reverse bleeding .  Remove the calipers and pads. I use a piece of 1/4 inch material and pump the pistons out until they hit the spacers. Make sure the master cylinder has fluid in it. 
 With calipers in the lowest position possible , press the left pistons back until seated. Be sure master cylinder does not  run over. Block the pistons in place and do the right one. Block this one and test the brake pressure by squeezing the lever. If all good , reinstall. I have had some that required a vacuum pump and reverse bleeding.
