Anybody have one you can spare? This is the lever you use to shift the bike up/down, not the long inner part that attaches to the one coming out of the motor.

Yes...I already looked. Your link of $34.95 is about the lowest priced one online. I figured I'd ask around to members, I'd rather give my money to them than Pinwall or others.
