According to the internet....

On the news they said if you stacked 1.6 billion 1 dollar bills
the stack would go 5,700+feet up

One billion $1 bills would cover a four-square mile area,
or the equivalent of 2,555 acres.
If you laid the $1 bills end to end, the trail would measure 96,900 miles.

One billion $1 bills would weigh around 10 tons
Circumference of earth is about 25,000 miles according to internet

1.6 BILLION.

Not much mention that the winner will immediately lose about 1/2 in taxes.

The press will still call them a 1.6 billion winner.

I did buy a ticket  Grin

I might buy a ticket this afternoon, I always consider it a donation...it's something I rarely purchase. Wouild be kinda nice to win, my SUV has 92k on the clock and I could use a new set of tires...maybe a wash job before winter.

Although I don't frequently buy a lottery ticket, I did buy one for the last drawing and won $4.00.   OK, so I took my winnings and bought two more tickets for tonight's drawing.

I don't expect to win anything but, if I disappear from the board for a while, I might be out shopping for a few things I've always wanted.   Bell Helicopter is open on Sunday aren't they?

no winners for me but not like I expected anything more.  Would be nice to win a few million and retire be good enough for my needs.

My 21 year old kid bought 10 bucks worth and he told me he would find something to do get bored if not working.  I guess his age 21 vs. me 52 is a different story for sure.

they say to hire a good lawyer to handle all those millions as one of the first things to do.

Regardless of the payout, never forget that lotteries are a tax on the stupid.   Grin

Yeah i used to buy a ticket or five myself.  I told myself I got a dollar's worth of fun dreams after buying them and thinking what I would do with the money.

I figure for the little it costs, what the hell.   I don't ever buy more than two tickets and I know the chances are crazy wild of a win but, then it's fun to dream about what I'd do and not do with the winnings.

I waste that much on fuel and enjoy the hell out of it.

No winners, the pot is up to $1.9B.
Knowing Uncle Sugar is gonna take half of it. I'm good with that.
I'm thinking I could survive with half.
Yeah, I bought two more tickets.............   Roll Eyes

I asked for 1 Mega and 1 Powerball.

He gave me 2 Powerball.

I reminded him I wanted 1 of each.

I didn't hand back 1 of the Powerballs.

Imagine if I handed back the winner!!!   Shocked

Thinking I may should have held off on inviting all my friends and relatives to my lottery winners party.
That's alright, I'll just change the name to Whiners Party.   Wink
Edited:  Oh Yeah, it's now a BYOB party.   Let the whining begin.  Cheesy
