I can log into chat just fine and even post maybe 2-3 times and then it just locks up on me...can anyone tell me what the problem could be??...Thanks..

have you tried a different browser?  Firefox maybe.  And before anyone else posts that it works finr for them in IE.  I am sure it does.  Without knowing his config, I am offering a suggestion.

If you are running a firewall it could be seeing the chat room as a threat as well.  I doubt this is the case, but it's possible.

Sounds like you have a virus.  If bunches of windows are opening like a machine gun.  What are the windows?  As in what websites are they?  Don't click on anything on the pages, just find out what kind of sites they are.
