Too much pretrial publicity is always a problem for potential jury pool neutrality.
And few want a change of venue.
They may have the guy. Do they have the case (proof)?
Goofy antics in pretrial confinement to support an insanity plea?
They can move it to Phoenix... I haven't heard anything about it. I swear! OK, who are you and what have you done with Connie? Rams

Credit given for creativity. But, I'm not the defense attorney, they may have a different perspective. Rams

Videos of traffic stops. I read through some of the comments and there were a couple where people say they were able to freeze the video and blow up on his right hand and claim he does have a scratch on the wrist area. I can’t do that but I didn’t see anything just from the videos. That being said, comments also suggest he’s guilty because the car’s exterior is filthy, I guess some never drove through salted areas before. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bryan+kohberger+bodycam

According to the report, the FBI was tracking the car and had the LEOs pull the car over just so they could get body camera footage. Not saying that's true or not, just what was reported. Rams

Rams Yeah, this morning I initially saw a FOX news article regarding the stops (with similar info re: FBI) but could not tell too much from their video so I tried YouTube. I watched them again an still can’t make out anything on the wrist area but I’m looking at it from an iPad.

DNA Evidence described: Chilling Details Revealed as Probable Cause Affidavit is Released in University of Idaho Murder Case https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/chilling-details-revealed-as-probable-cause-affidavit-is-released-in-university-of-idaho-murder-case/ar-AA1610pK?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=9a339e4b2b0b4569b5ea1d5ad61e317bAccording to the affidavit, which has been reviewed by PEOPLE, a sheath of the knife used in the stabbings was left at the scene in the bed where Mogen and Goncalves were found deceased. This is where detectives found DNA linking Kohberger, according to the affidavit. Agents took trash from Kohberger's home in Pennsylvania to test for a DNA match, the documents allege. According to the affidavit, one of the surviving roommates said they saw the killer, described in the affidavit as "a figure clad in black clothing and a mask," who walked past her as he left the crime scene, and she heard crying on the night of the killings. Kohberger was linked to the crime scene from DNA and cell phone pings, the affidavit alleges.

Apparently, police had BK on their radar since late November.
EDIT: I've suspected all along that they knew more than they were saying. Police usually know more than they publicize.

So according to this report and I believe this timeline has been reported on before it was 8 hours before being reported to LEO’s. This is the first time I’m reading about the roommate actually saw someone, but now not just *someone* bit someone wearing a ski mask? She’s (assumably) scared enough to lock herself in her room but doesn’t try some way to communicate with any of her roommates or call 911? It’s almost 8 hours before someone tries to check on anyone. I’d like to know what was going on over there because also it sounds like the neighbor was listening in on (or possibly watching) their house. “ A security camera located on a nearby property just 50 feet from Kernodle's bedroom captured "distorted audio of what sounded like voices or a whimper followed by a loud thud" at 4:17 a.m., the document says.” https://www.foxnews.com/us/idaho-murder-victims-roommate-heard-crying-saw-man-mask-night-killings-court-docs“ The roommate, identified only as D.M. in the document, awoke at 4 a.m. Nov. 13 by what she believed was the sound of Kaylee Goncalves playing with her dog, Murphy, on the third floor. “ “A short time later, she heard what she thought was Goncalves saying, "There's someone here," the document says. D.M. looked out of her second floor bedroom window and didn't see anyone.” The roommate opened her door when she heard crying coming from Xana Kernodle's room on the same floor and a male voice saying, "It's OK, I'm going to help you." “D .M. opened her door again and "saw a figure clad in black clothing and a mask that covered the person's mouth and nose walking towards her," Moscow police officer Brett Payne wrote in the affidavit. "The male walked past D.M. as she stood in a ‘frozen shock phase.’" He walked by her and exited the second floor sliding glass doors, D.M. told police.” “ The roommate locked herself in her room. A second female roommate, who was on the first floor, slept through the attack. “ “Nearly eight hours later, a call was placed to police from one of the surviving roommates' cellphones reporting an unconscious person. “

There are definitely some weird things, mostly with D.M. Makes me wonder if she was involved or covering for him. No one reported until 8 hours later? WTF?

Seems it was a bit of a party house....
...thinking the occupants were drunk and/or stoned.....
...and thus thought they might be seeing things and/or reluctant to call cops...
Just a thought...

It's been identified as a party house for sure. But the roomies appear to have retired to their respective rooms. One of the murdered girls had food delivered 15-20 minutes before the murders. There's just some bizarre details.

There's just some bizarre details. Yeah, it’s been said this house pretty much had a revolving door, people came and went constantly and many times there were large parties. Large college parties bring in friends and friends of friends…and so on. I had a couple friends who attended Rutgers, I was not a student but went to many frat parties up there, woke up in many strange places.

According to NBC news this morning, the suspect's DNA was on the button flap of the knife sheath that was left on the bed. Something else reported was that of the twenty pages presented, one page is completely redacted so, we don't know what is on that page. My assumption is that that one page contains information that will only come out in court after a jury is chosen. Also, the suspect's cell phone was determined to have been in the vicinity of the murder location at least a dozen times in the last few months. Starting to appear to be a premeditated crime. Trying to stay unbiased is getting extremely difficult.
Gruesome crime.

My best friend and freshman room mate moved to (just) off campus housing his 2d year with three other guys in a house that became a huge party HQ. His room mates were upperclassmen who had lots of friends come over on weekends. One older room mate was just out of an Army enlistment going to school on the GI bill and I became good friends with him (he liked beer but was not a fan of all their big parties). Anyway, one big party spilled out into the yard and street, and a local motorcycle gang (colors wearing club) (not Hells Angels or Pagans, but you still didn't want to irritate them too much). The house mates did a quick meeting and decided the best course of action was just to invite them in. And it was all good (except some of the girls were a bit worried). Speaking of girls, when my old room mate (drama major) invited all his drama department friends to parties, the girls were the best looking ones around (anywhere). I woke up there a number of times that year with only vague recollections of what had transpired after 10PM (or so). John Norman Collins' (rental) house was just down the street from my friends. And most of his murders were committed while he lived there 2-3 years earlier in 1969. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_Murders

Ok so with other new info released which goes against what I thought was the case involving the *masked intruder*. What I thought was described as a ski mask (which I specifically wrote in my opinion) of some sort may have been another type of mask covering just his mouth and nose. Maybe it was like a surgical mask. Who still knows now at this point. This article says this about what the roommate saw regarding the intruder; “ Two other housemates survived the attack, including one who told police she was frozen with fear after seeing a masked man with "bushy eyebrows" on his way out of the house moments after the murders.” https://www.foxnews.com/us/bryan-kohberger-arrest-flight-records-show-pennsylvania-police-plane-circled-home-hours-after-capture
