First ride of year

I just completed my first ride of the year.   Not long by any means but got some gas thru the carbs and some fresh air.   We have been enjoying pineapple expresses (atmosphere express) which has cut into my riding  Just don't like riding in the rain, especially when the temps are below 40.   Anyway, we had a bit of a warm front come thru before the next front came in, so got geared up and went for   ride of the year.   Very short one, like 25 miles short. I was just finishing adding gas to the tank when the winds came up and made it home before the water started falling   At least its rain, not snow at town level.  Don't have to shovel rain.

I know we need the moisture, but want to ride.

I too managed to get a short ride in on Wednesday.....two day break between rain events so insured the bike for a day. Took the Cultus Lake, Rosedale, Bridal Falls route out to Hope and #7 back. Felt so good to get the wind back in my face.
