Latest Harbor Freight "Coupon"

I received the latest Harbor Freight 20% off coupon - which now contains the following lengthy caveat(s):

*Limit 1 coupon per customer per day. Valid in-store or online. Coupon must be presented at time of sale. Save 20% on any single item purchased. I'm left wondering what remains that IS eligible.  Pittsburgh hand tools, maybe?  Isn't Central Machinery their major house brand?  

It looks like they've excluded just about everything > $50.00.

Makes it harder to save on Christmas, birthday and other opportunities to buy presents for sure.
Although I do go into HB once in a while, it's not often I leave with what I was looking for.   Just never seems to be in stock in my local store although it's usually "in stock" online.
