Tire Width. 150 vs 160
Aspect ratio. 70 vs 60
Wheel Diameter. 18 vs 60 Interesting.

No problem and I am nowhere near an expert but....
If the tire width is less that would affect the aspect ration it would seem. So...... it would seem it might work...
I have never tried to do that. so.....

This is a good site to compare tire sizes on pretty much anything.
https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc?tires=150-70r18-160-60r18
So, this will give you measurement differences, but it would depend on the bike as to whether it would fit or not.

Width changes breaking abilities. The wider the tire the more braking surface you have. You shouldn't go narrower than stock. Wider if it fits is ok. Changing the rolling circumference of the tire will affect handling, braking and weight capacity.
