I need to replace my 1999 Valkyrie Tourer Right Front Crash Bar after damaging mine on a little spill last summer. Can anyone refer me to where I can purchase one? My local Honda dealer has the part back ordered for 8 months now. I recently tried to purchase online thru the OEM site but they could not guarantee delivery as the supplier had to manufacture the part. I am thinking that I may have to have the part fabricated from my old part which I have as a template. Any suggestions on how I can replace this part would be appreciated! Is there a Valkyrie recycling parts site? Or a recommended fabricator living in BC, Canada or Washington, USA?

You could try

https://www.megazip.net
https://pinwallcycle.com/
& there's at least one set for an Interstate on ebay
https://www.ebay.com/itm/195620648517?hash=item2d8be63645:g:trkAAOSwwnVj-NGo&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAAsMYEyuK4o4ytsooNcE%2FoyOSN1Gi5eCTAWgAqIjKX3ELheg7BSCpWYZwWRvuCEDTBRjwIwOVPXjJ8APwafvbMNci9Ccgd%2BHGycA1WpHdKnkV%2BScIdmWAXXRqMxxyX0AymjBQUpzkEncsSXjwCRKeEoK9nAIHHeVpgqav0D7WMizV9qj2pqrRPFH7QQGPUyKp4SfF0L17prKlVRYYpJceR1ZW5i7YN2yJ8AALtuqcXxlsM%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR7LzmNzXYQ

Thanks for the referrals...I am still searching as the part is really out of stock at both parts companies. Partzilla and Pinwall were really helpful in referring me to eBay so I will continue that process.

As Chrisj suggests, Try here

Cannot guarantee it is in stock. If not, might start there and search for that part number.

Just because it's in the parts fishe, doesn't mean it's in stock.  If discontinued, it usually says so.  But if on back-order from some manufacturer, it will still be in the parts fishe.

At HDL, it's listed at $147.

Other places it's listed at $220.

The smaller left guard is listed at $450.

Remember the Interstate guards have the mount points to the pods built in (not on std and tourer model engine guards).

Thanks for all your suggestions! I checked HDL and the part is not in stock with no ETA. It is not discontinued though so there is still hope!

I just received my new OE right engine guard today (interstate with pod mounts), from  https://www.procaliber.com/    Got all new hardware too (not the horn mounts), which was in stock.  After a get off, hardware may be bent.

I told her of the problems.  Not discontinued, but not in stock.  It was listed on their site, but not in stock either.  I waited on hold while she checked her OE suppliers, and she came back and said she found "some" in CA.  I asked her to order right away, and she did.

Some sellers and some employees are better than others.

Pro Caliber link to std/tourer guards ('99)  https://www.procaliber.com/oem-parts?aribrand=HOM&arian=MOTORCYCLE#/Honda_Powersports/GL1500CAC_(99)_VALKYRIE%2c_USA%2c_VIN%23_1HFSC341-XA200001/ENGINE_GUARD/f0d1c279-e09a-4932-82f4-ec0857a11a33/5e7a7950-64a0-4e4d-b115-f37f3d859ae4/y

I suppose there were a few interstate guards, but no std/tourer guards available.  Seems unlikely since so many more std/tourers were made than interstates.  But who knows?
