After an exhaustive 2 months of researching, searching , trying to make up my mind and then changing my mind, I finally pulled it together and pulled the trigger on a new riding option. Looking forward to getting out on the many, many forest service roads and old dirt mountain passes in my neck of the woods on my new to me Adventure Bike...2016 BMW F800GS-A,  fully kitted out for off road as well as on, and in almost mint shape with a mere 12,000 km (7500 miles) on the clock.
Interesting fact...after going back and forth with the seller (about 2 1/2  hours from home in the big city of Vancouver), when he opened his door as I arrived at his shop, it was none other than Ryan Matthews of FortNine videos "fame". Nice guy, showed me around his shop and studio where they shoot their YT videos.
Looks kinda strange to have that Beemer in the Honda garage after all these years...hope it and my Valk and OldWing can all get along.

ps...I can add 6 more motorcycles, and my old Valk that I've owned for 22+ years will ALWAYS be my favorite.

Well buddy, you’re a guy who knew what he wanted and went and got it, without any hesitation or second thoughts, and it’s paid off for you  Grin. You have a great bike there with a great story.

It’s been a fun ride as you worked your way through a LOT of bikes lol . Can’t wait to join you on some of those roads. Enjoy and don’t hurt yourself.

Congrats on the new bike.   No idea who the seller was.   Sorry I don't get out much I guess.  Wink
Regardless, I'm liking those cabinets.   Organization is a big deal.   Looks like you've got it together.
I'm in search of such cabinets.
Edited, I also like that picture on the wall of Raquel.    smitten

I just realized something the other day with my new to me F800 GSA...it's the first motorcycle I've ever had in almost 49 years of riding without a carbuerator or a choke. Wow, I'm really with it...all this modern tech!!!  Wink
