This is just FYI, and may actually be somewhat different for each bike.  I run a 140/90 front tire.  I recently installed an app that tracks my speed and distance so thought I'd try it out.  My speedo is fast by about 1 or 2 miles at 20 to 50.  By the time I'm at 65, it is dead on, or at least so close I can't visually see a difference in the speed indicated and the readout on my phone.  The odometer is off by .02 over a five mile run.

running a 130/90-17 on the front for a std/tourer.  ODO is spot on via three states mile markers, old skool right there.
Speedo is 4-5 mph fast, checked against various towns radars with digital read out.
