Correct Chris...makes it sometime between Feb.19 & Feb. 25. Now if it said anything like 3123 to 3523, then I'd say they're getting ahead of themselves. That's basically the month of August, 2023 if my counting of weeks is on taget.  Grin

Let me add my support here, all tire dates in the USA (might be international too) are noted as a 4 digit code, week and year of manufacture. DOT since 2000 I think, requires a 12 digit code to identify where and when tires are made, to help with recalls. the last 4 digits are shown in a circle or oval and indicate the date. Most manufacturers suggest replacement by 10 years, some less than that.
