I post this here because there are several members who be familiar with and understand what I am looking for.

It's sort of like getting an unexpected smile when someone asks for something.

A lady, that use to work for me in our Corrective Action Program Group, sent me a message today.  She left our group before I retired and then went to work for a nuclear power plant/project in the UAE.  She returned to the states in 2021 or so.  She is still working in the nuclear field.

In her message she asked if I could find a copy of a document I had shared with the group I supervised that described leadership development.   The document described leadership development using  Clausewitz's Nine Principles of War.  She took it with her to the UAE and, while working there, she let her boss use the document for the same purpose, leadership development.

Her boss obviously like the document so much that he kept it and when she returned to the states she was not given the document.

It has been a few years since I have looked at Clausewitz Nine Principles of War and sometime since I might have developed a leadership development programs based on those principles.

My question.  I am relatively confident that I did not come up with a leadership development program based on Clausewitz on my own.  Someone had to already have done something or at least laid out a plan.

My question, do any of you have any clues where such a "document" might be found.  The notion is that leadership is sort of a war like process and the principles enumerated by Clausewitz are very relevant to leadership development.

Ok... I just did a search and found the link below which is what I envisioned.

Funny thing, this document seems to have been developed after I did the same thing.

I will leave this post here, just because it is special in that we, as a people, sometimes don't understand why leadership is sometimes a war like activity.

Oh, also if you have not been exposed to Clausewitz's Nine Principles of War, it's worth a read.  It is relevant to many things we are exposed to on a daily basis.
