A statement from the comments section.

There is NO WAY this will ever pass. This violates so many constitutional rights!! Charge those politicians with treason and sentence them to the max punishment.

I disagree.  The only way it wont' pass is if we stand up to these people.

We only lose or rights when we fail to fight to keep them.

By the way, that is one heck of a word salad.

You know what's really funny about that proposal - Tennesee is one of 27 states with permitless carrying. This is strictly a reaction to what happened in Nashville.

Agreed.   There should be a strong reaction of what happened in Nashville but, the above legislation isn't going to solve such problems or prevent such crimes.

Why not submit a bill that says if you are a tranny or other alphabet person, you are prohibited from purchasing a firearm?  While I don't support any infringement on the 2A, this makes more sense than the proposed bill.  While were at it, how about a bill that states "any politician that proposes bill that infringes on a constitutional right shall be remove from office"?

Wishful thinking.

THere's only 2 ways to get rid of them - don't re-elect them, and the other I will leave to your imagination.

Not gonna pass in TN
We need to make mass murder against the law. There is no such law anywhere, it would make more sense.
