I ordered a new rear Cobra chrome tire a few months ago after taking a nail in a tire with a tad over 12 K miles. It had a good 8-10 to go, but I thought…. Not worth patching. Honestly I forgot about this new one until the brown truck showed up today and dropped it off, a brand new rear tire. I need to take it over and get it mounted on the spare wheel and it can wait until I need a new front. I guess I better start looking soon. Lol

Wow. Found a front Avon chrome at J&P on sale. Tires must be made of gold these days. Oh well two new tires standing by is a good thing

You don't sound too eager to throw in the towel yet.  That's a good thing.

Well. I figure either way. I will need new tires if no one buys it. But if someone does buy it soon, they ride away with new rubber and glass.

Rode to church tonight. Temperature was perfect. Sunset was gorgeous. Bike running perfect like it was trying to speak to me. More of my friends and acquaintances are finding out the bike is for sale and they are all shocked. Lol. I hope whoever gets this bike appreciates its personality. Except for the three years I was stationed in England I have never been without a motorcycle since 1974. It will feel strange but if I find a Cobra car I think I can deal with it.

Front Cobra Chrome arrived today. So I guess I wait until the current front wears out and do both at the same time if it’s not sold by then
