I saw this on a FaceBook post from our State Congressman Joe White.   He did serve although I do not have the specifics.  He is also an excellent example for the rest those who serve in our State Legislature.

The song is "Il Silenzio"  a memorial piece commissioned by the Dutch and first played in 1965 on the 20th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands. It was written by Nini Rosso and Guglielmo Brezza.
