Excessive comfort breeds weakness. PttP

Tomorrow is September (so soon!) and it is time for me to gather possible Valkyrie pictures for the VRCC 2024 wall calendar.

Pictures can be sent to vrccstaff@gmail.com with a note indicating the owner and place of the picture.

We need pictures of Valkyries in pleasant surrounding without people or cargo.

I need the picture to be large enough to fill an 11 X 8 page.  That means at or above 1 meg (1,000 kb) in size.

It is best to attach the picture to the email rather than embedding it.

Don't send multiple pictures of the same Valkyrie as this will diminish your chances in the voting.

I need about 50 pix from which to choose so show me what you've got.

I had thought that maybe this year would be the last year we could create a VRCC wall calendar.  It turns out that last year may have been the last year.  We've only gotten about half the pics we need to select from and September is just about over.

If you've been holding out now is the time.

My pictures are mostly "snapshot" quality... here's three pretty much
full sized ones from places that I liked...

Maybe you could crop that line of bikes in cal3 into a good picture...

If I was within focus distance, you'd have one of the Rat Bike, if for no other reason to show the progress made but, I'm out of state so, it may never happen.

sent you 3

One is a group of valks in Silverton next to the train  Someone smarter than me can crop out the folks on the top left?

The other two on the Tiorati rides.  My favorite is the one against the lake

Glad to help

Sorry I missed it this year, we've been looking for a suitable site for pics but the leaves just aren't turning as expected this year. I know we missed some good chances at IZ but the weather didn't cooperate. Guess I'll just have to wait until next year but looking forward to what the new calendar looks like.  cooldude

I hope so.  We are almost there.  We are currently struggling to get people to identify the names and dates of their 2024 Valkyrie events and we are later than ever deciding the place and dates of our annual InZane.
