Invicta's pricing seems to be competitive with an additional feature [spring hinge]. Both are fiberglass. The Tsukayu fit and finish was excellent and there OEM paint match was perfect.
Invicta's mount system is identically designed except Tsukayu's rigid hangers were chromed.

On Invicta's product you probably can't go wrong, but their service is an unknown to me. Tsukayu's bag order took about 7 weeks [shipped from Japan in a fiberglass crate] including OEM matching paint.

Before I bought used Tourer bags & stays last spring, I called and emailed Invicta several times.  I never heard back from them.  Never.  There may be a good explanation, but I don't have it.

I just mounted a set of Tsukayu bags on my wife's '99 Fatboy and they are excellent quality, painted up to match and pretty easy to mount.

I found this when I googled Invicta Saddlebags:

I got a set of hardbags in a set of parts that included a windshield and pipes.  They look to be in pretty good shape.  They were mounted on a Valkyrie.

I think this is them:

Do NOT buy from Invicta, third party, they do NOT fit the Valkyrie without modifications. It took almost 1 year fighting with Paypal and my credit card company to get my money back. Minus the $70.00 I had to pay to ship them back and insure them. I purchased Tsukayu Hard bags with Valkyrie latches...could not be happier, great product! great customer service/follow up! Fraction of the cost of Tourer bags, new painted in the crate. Good deal/value cooldude
