So I open the web this morning and see Jimmy passed last night at 76. Wow, he has some fun songs  to listen to, nothing screaming, no filthy lyrics, stuff that’s easy to learn and sing along with while relaxing and having a few cold ones. Politics aside, he sang about simple stuff, he wasn’t the “greatest of all times” as a guitar player but could string along a story set to some good music.

Thanks for the music Jimmy RIP.

Wow. I have some of his albums. It’s really all I play while driving.

Sad to read this.  He wrote some great stuff, and many of his best songs didn't make the top 10.  Great songwriter and musician.
