Very interesting and an excellent use of a Drone.  I have not had my drone out for a few months now.  Will have to get at it again.

I find that interesting.  My only interface with cattle was, as I think I have said before, at my uncles place in PA.   He had a diary farm and we (my family) would visit him each August was I was young.  We would stay few days and that was when I would watch the process of milking and see the cattle.  It was interesting to watch them "walk" into the milking area.

Just memories.

Tracy, there are bare children, and mothers bear children.   Grin

John, giving your mother a vacuum for Mothers Day is an old joke (or was in our house).

We had a good Hoover standup, but dad would always promise to get her a new vacuum for Mother's Day, and mom would always say if he did she would beat him with it.   2funny

I used to tell my wife that when we get rich and famous, I'd get her a riding vacuum cleaner.

Things  that are useful...

Leave  it to Gen.Patton  to say words that are so deep.. angel

General Patton also rescued  the Lipizzaner breed of horses during World War II.
The head of the Spanish Riding School in Vienna, Alois Podhajsky, asked Patton to protect the Lipizzan horses, fearing that the Germans would use them for pulling artillery and that refugees would slaughter and eat the rest !

Just think what the world  would  be like  with out such animals!

PS sorry the  size is  so big!

My good deed of the day , Saving a new born fawn,

it was tangled in the hog panel fence bleeting it's head off..Mum had jumped the fences.

Fawns hind leg didn't seem  mangled, so don't know how long it was stuck.

The fawn was able to toddle away once  I got it in to my field.

Also figured my field would be safer than Jason's.. After all still need to mow hay soon.

Mum was watching me the whole time. But she did run to my tree line.

I hope they can rejoin up. This makes up for the one I couldn't save a few yrs back.

OH MY GOSH , it is so cute, I really felt honored to save this  little ones soul..

But a  living soul is a soul..

Getting it up over the fence wasn't easy , once I freed the wee one. I had to handle it threw each hole in  the panel grid after another.

Till the top ,that was over my head , so used my shoulder and placed the front end there, as I used my other hand to get the caboose over..

That made  for  a good day !
So glad  I  opened  my gate  today and  early!
This  rescue never  would  have  happened.

That fawn probably thought an angel came along just in the nick of time.  Come to think of it, it sounds like that's exactly what happened!  Good on you!

I’m sure the closer you live to nature the more one finds a good balance with the animal world. I’m not vegan by any means but I brake for rabbits, squirrels, turtles, skunks and particularly deer.

I get to watch my lower neighbor's dog.
feed it 2x a day let it in and out of his house from the 10th - 16th.
I told him I'll be in the hay field or gardens that week ..
So there is no way I can get away . IZ is only  108 miles away..
But way  to  much  to do here .

I sure would  be up for  any visitors  angel
That's  for sure ...
