Had a really nice ride through the Hill Country today.  Temps were reasonable (they should be on Oct. 1st, right?) and the roads were clear.

Took some pics while tooling down the road with some interesting results.  Here's one of 'em...

Not the best view but I bet the wind coming through was welcomed!!

A week ago we had a truckload of illegal aliens escape a police chase and scattering TOO CLOSE where I live so I wanted to check out this area. It was a great morning for a bike ride so I hopped on the Valk and cruised around there!  FABULOUS RIDE!!! But around 11 it was getting steamy again, not as bad as a couple weeks before, but hot.
This little ride (30-ish miles) got me excited about the "riding-weather" coming up!!!
