Let me know if I've missed anything, don't want to pull it back out once installed.  Wink

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to encounter....  An old British bike with a US bolt forced into a British threaded hole.  Also, a Japanese bike with a US bolt forced into a metric hole.  The British call a person who does such things a "Bodger".

Historically, we beat the British and the Japanese. Winners make the rules. The bolts weren't forced. The holes failed to comply.

for a second there before watching I thought you were serious of putting the fuel injected 1832cc goldwing motor in the 1520cc carb place instead..

reminds me just now I told my daughter 3 hours away to check her antifreeze since noticed minor leaking last time up but cap was full.  She sent me 3 hours ago this morning a pic of the OIL CAP off and said she does not see any liquid in.  I called her ASAP and told her that is the oil filler cap NOT the radiator metal shiny cap to check antifreeze/coolant.   I showed her last time up where to check making her take off that radiator cap few months ago showing her it was full.  Guess she forgot?  Just glad she did NOTHING like put antifreeze in the oil.
