DEVELOPING STORY: There are reports of catastrophic damage across Middle Tennessee after a string of tornadoes and severe storms pounded the region. Tornado sirens could be heard in downtown Nashville. Videos, which you can see below, show violent tornadoes causing explosions and power outages. There’s no word just yet on injuries or fatalities.

I hope our TN members are OK.

It's fixing to rain for about 24 hours here starting tomorrow morning.  Winds up to 20 is what the weather people are saying.

As we traveled to TN yesterday, we saw an electronic sign in Northern Mississippi, said:
 Warning, Tornado In Effect until 2:15 PM.  

Obviously, that got my attention, I watched the sky, horizon and the road very closely the reminder of the trip.   Thankfully we didn't see anything of consequence.   Realizing those signs are limited in how much that can be put on them but, I do wish they had just a tad more information on them like tune your radio to **** for more information.

That sign made for a much more intense and interesting trip.  Wink

Just south of nashville just high wind and rain .
Looks like north of nashville (madison , clarksville springfield ) got hit very hard
I think i seen 6 people dead. Sad indeed
