I saw a dead skunk on the road today. No better sign then that that spring is just around the corner.

Like I've said before, March 3rd is the first day of the natural spring in Kansas.

Since I just came in from shoveling 28 inches of the white stuff. That is the best news I have heard in a while.  Being a city boy, just south of Philla Pa. what does a skunk have to do with spring?

I have smelled the remains of a couple in the last few days. They better go back to bed because we are supposed to get up 12 inches of the white crap tomorrow and the next day. If you  believe the weather forcasters.....

That's fantastic, if that's what it means, cause I was on the road quite a bit this w/e and come across probably 8 dead skunks!
At least theres some good that comes from these stinkin' things.
