I figured out in August I wasn’t going to make it to the end of the year so I took on a bath remodel! Good therapy for me and the money came in handy for a surprise crown I had to have. One more year of Biden to go!!

There's 2 days left in this year.

That's some pretty impressive economic calculations there John.   cooldude Grin

Not really Jess, I stole the idea from my neighbor. Told me he's not worked for over 25 years, been retired for 10. "OK...so how did you do it" I asked? Neighbor "I worked for the State!"

Yup...but I liked my job for the most part. Was due to the boss lady who had worked with me for most of the 30 yrs. I was there. She knew what she was doing and knew that I did with mine so left me alone and backed me up when necessary.
Reminds me of the old joke about four gov't. workers seriously injured on the job. Seems they were all leaning on the same shovel when the handle broke.  Grin

That's about every road crew you ever see.  One or two guys in the hole and the rest watching (leaning on shovels).  Which is especially irritating when the road or freeway is down to one lane (for miles) with no apparent work going on.
