Maybe. We'll see. Most of Sports Radio down here thinks he's gone.

I stopped watching at the half and went out to snow blow the driveway. Got about 10 inches of tightly packed snow. I thought the snow was going to be fluffy, but the temperature over night hovered around 30, so the snow was wet. Biggest snow fall we've had down here in about 2 years. Looks pretty.  Wink

Will head out in the morning and clean up....Still coming down and blowing around.
Light and fluffy....lower 20s all day today.
I turned game off mid way thru 2nd quarter....

Belichick is a hell of a coach, but at some point it's just time to retire. I think he still is and I personally think he didn't had the talent this year to field a champion team. I'm sure there are those that would disagree with me.

As far as snow, the National Weather Service official total for us was 17.5 inches. More than was forecasted and a lot for this old man to clear even with my snow blower. But I did take time to help a couple of neighbors. I hope we have some time before the next one.

Cheers

Not sure just where the fault lies with the 'not so favorable' draft selections should fall....
The team is in dire need of a rebuild, and that takes time....It may also require a change in offensive and game calling.....

15 gallons of gas in reserve for the upcoming storm(s) Wed and Sat.....Generator could get another workout...

Based on today's news shows, Belichick is expected to be let go today around noon. Speculation that the new Head Coach will be Jerod Mayo or Mike Vrabel. We'll see.

About the classiest of ways for his separation. As a lifelong Cowboys fan, I will never forgive how Jerry Jones did Tom Landry.

I hope you guys get a good coach, they seem to be hard to come by these days.  cooldude

31 teams are lining up for his services. Nobody does it better. The Dynasty is dead with his departure. Truly an emotional day for me and every true Pats fan out there. The only time his voice quivered during his speech was when he mentioned us fans.
Thank you coach for making the last 24 years of my life so enjoyable. Life goes on, but a little piece will always be missing.  Undecided
Belicheck & Brady should go into the hall of fame together.  cooldude

Bill and Brady together, made the Dynasty. They needed each other to make it happen. The Dynasty has been dead since Bill and Kraft let Brady get away. We were very lucky here for 20 years. I think it will be years before the Pats get to a Superbowl again.

Maybe along with the new coach, a couple good trades, resign a few players, and a good drafting year, they will be back in the hunt in a couple years....

Is Dallas on Bill's radar ??  After Dallas's embarrassing loss to Green Bay, Jerry Jones may be looking for a new head coach....
