luggage racks

Hello,
I am planning on going back to school and that means that for a little while I got to change jobs to something more flexible than a 9-5. My only other vehicle is a 40 yr old Diesel Ford so unless I choose something close I'm riding to and from and possibly for work. I was curious to see what luggage racks you guys like to use, I've never had a luggage rack on any of my bikes and so I'm not sure which brand gets me the most bang for my buck. Pizza delivery was fun while I was building my first bike but unfortunately that motor never lasted to see the day, maybe I'll sling pizzas on the valk

How is your bike currently equipped, e.g.: saddlebags/panniers, sissy bar for the passenger? A photo would help.
My Tourer came with the panniers and a rack mounted to the padded sissy bar, so I can't say who made it, and neither will carry a pizza without something more, but there are a few options out there. Just search the web for it, and some may show up that you can mount.

I installed the standard Valkyrie accessory luggage rack and modified it by adding the top portion of a 1970s-era generic AMCO luggage rack, specifically so i could easily carry an Extra Large Pizza on it

What do you need to carry?
One of those plastic trunks would be lockable.

A rack to sissy would carry a backpack (but that could bungee on the back seat too)

I guess I should've posted pics before lol, my bad. Besides the bags everything else is the stock setup for the standard valk. The bags carry everything I could need and if I have to carry more I'll throw on a backpack. I'm looking for a simple flat rack that could hold up to 20-30lbs. I could fire up the welder and make something but it'll be so ugly I wouldn't want to put it on the bike.
Forgive the terrible picture quality, I tried uploading the pics I took on my phone but they exceeded the file size allotment. Had to compress them as far as I could just to get it to pass
