It’s good to hear things are moving in a positive direction for you. cooldude

The road to recovery is never simple or easy and patience can be difficult at times.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Set your goals…daily, weekly, monthly and long term and focus on the positive stuff whatever it may be that lights a fire inside you and under your butt to keep up the momentum.

Wishing you all the best.  cooldude

Gig,

Thanks for the encouraging update! We've all worried about you and channeled positive thoughts your way throughout this ordeal... We miss you, my friend. You are more important to our motely family than you could imagine, so good news is welcome indeed!

Please give yourself a hearty 'pat on the back' for working your way through this with strength, courage, and persistence... And, please, please give that big-haired-chick a great big hug for us! Her role in all of this has been and is vital to long-term success! I appreciate y'all, and I very much look forward to seeing y'all again... soon...

DDT (12)

P.S. We mustn't forget Griz and his role, too! Please lovingly pet him for me and tell him I'm also thinking of him...

Howdy howdy! Glad you're getting better!

I can't complain... I thought I was near 100% recovered until Ren Faire season just about beat me down this year. Closing day (Memorial Day) I had mild heat stroke (108 heat index will do that to us old farts) but overall, I'm about 90% to 95% recoved, was marching around at Faire all day without TOO much problem other than Monday...

I also lost over 50 pounds while laid up... My doc said it's a good thing, but put about 20 of 'em back on, and the rest are following...

Howdy, Howdy, Brian, glad to hear of your continued improvement, very encouraging!!
They fed me quite well in hospital, exercise was minimal. I had shed lbs prior to the accident, working to keep them off  Shocked limiting alcohol intake is key factor  Evil  - much easier post covid…
Congratulations, friend, keep up the good work!
