They have the Tourmaster Intake Air Series 2 mesh jackets for $161, includes the liner and protection inserts. Just wondering what experience others might have had with that jacket in summer, and on those chilly nights where the mesh isn't quite enough so you stick the liner in. It's also supposed to be good for the rain as well. I'm looking for something to wear/carry next summer that's light and adequate.

I don't have that particular jacket, but I do have the pants, and they are very nice.  I have another Tourmaster jacket (a bit heavier), and the quality is top notch.

If you get a response in the positive about that jacket, I have no doubt you will love the Tourmaster for the way it's made.  Very nice, IMHO  cooldude

John, I've been wearing this one for a few yrs now. Get it bigger than your size cause in the heat, I wear a long sleeved tee, soak it on occasion and w/ the jacked over it, the sun doesn't penetrate, just air which keeps you fairly cool for a while. Cold outside? The liner acts not only as rain gear but a pretty good wind breaker. This is when you'll be happy with the larger size. Layer up and you'll be toasty.
PS, Hit the Helmet shop in Daytona and try em all on. They had a bunch to choose from as I recall.

You might want to take a look at the tourmaster flex jacket. same price range and its a 3 season jacket.  has a cordura cover over the mesh that can be removed and a water proof liner and insulated liner.  have older verson and i love it

Mike, does the helmet shop also have the jackets? I know they expanded and now have a helmet shop here in Orlando....believe it's out near the HD boutique on the east side.

Yep, that's what I meant by trying them on. They have a bunch of brands.

...I have one and am quite happy with it.. the zip out liner makes a semi fashionable jacket by itself
