Starting to realize Why R J didn't travel much due to O2 needs! Can't get my cylinders refilled as those cylinders Are FOREIGN to another O2 supplier and that liability thingy. I have an O2 suppler near my Brothers place that has the needed O2 equipment BUT that outfit wants me to TOTALLY divest myself of my current suppliers equipment BEFORE they can fullfill the Drs, R X I'll have with me. And the O2 supplier that has the contract In my opinion Should work with other O2 suppliers BUT THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN! The O2 V A Contract supplier in my Brothers area bout refuses to work with the Poplar Bluff Mo. V A Hospital! Lips Sealed

Anywho tryin Hard to git this chit sorted out! Good LORD willin the creek she no rise see Y'all in Dubuque Ia. this coming week! Least ways that's the plan fer now! Roll Eyes

Believe it was after Spearfish S D da prez and I stopped for a visit with R J. And GLAD we did as I recall it was that Thanksgiving we were informed of R Js passing. Cry

HAPPY we got to meet Him and sad at his passing. Turned out while he was Fun on the board and funny P Ms he was a Lot BETTER in person! cooldude

Sometimes progress sucks. Years ago, we had an o2 cascade system at the sqad barn. We could refill M2 to E tanks in emergencies like power outages and people traveling through. Somewhere, somehow Oxygen became a controlled substance appearently and we could no longer fill tanks.

da prez is checking on his cities rescue squad about maybe refilling some O2 tanks for me. He's also going to get with the Hospice care that was taking care of his Bonnie last year. Just heard from my Nurse and she Will have copies of my O2 RX that may or may not be needed by me while traveling.
Challenger THAT was my question to the nice Lady at Poplar Bluff Mo. V A Hospital WHEN did O2 become a controlled substance? BUT in the long run I Do have Confidence in my V A Staff and this new to me O2 supplier that just recently was awarded the contact for Missouri Veterans and some in Arkansas I believe my tech mentioned. However it goes I am bound and determined to NOT Miss Inzane 2024! Add to the catch 22 some barriers being thrown up Against a Veteran Traveling! Has Anyone tried explaining the NEED to RIDE to those that DO NOT RIDE? Lips Sealed

Of my 2 Ex Wives one of them NEVER understood that NEED! RIDE SAFE.

Well I'm thinkin my O2 supplier here in Missouri FINALLY rounded up someone in Chicago to deliver a home unit O2 Concentrator. The Concentrator Will ease the load I'd otherwise be putting on the cylinders! Tween my V A Hospital my V A Clinic and my O2 supplier it GOT DONE! cooldude

I have just a Slight inkling about How Many folks were working on this fer little ol me BUT as I stated It GOT DONE! coolsmiley

Also mentioned in the O P I was gonna ask forgiveness Insted of premission! Roll Eyes

I'm thinkin THAT might have struck a chord with some working this problem for me. Many Here KNOW the NEED to RIDE! Wink

Feels GREAT to be back in that particular category! smitten

...and then there's me... packing up the bike, and just noticed the front tire is... let's just say... past the wear bars...

Few frantic calls around, not my first choice of a tire or a dealer, but scheduled to get a fresh tire put on first thing tomorrow morning...

...then planning on KSU headed north at 4PM Central time tomorrow (Friday)...

Can't wait!!!

Well after near 600 miles we decided to upgrade the suspension-air ride LEAKS-da prez found some used M/C shocks and after some Good Fab work got it all installed and functional BUT come Fri A M she no start! Lips Sealed

Currently the 88 G/W trike is sitting with most of her tupperware on the floor of My Brothers shop! Undecided

Sadly I Will NOT be at Inzane 24 on the G/W trike! I Will be however in a Bright Yellow short bed !/2 ton G M C wheel drive pickemup! BUT I WILL be there! da prez Will be on His standard Strawberries and Cream DRAGON! Got over my rather largish disappointment at NOT being on my trike But as I stated I Will BE THERE! cooldude

You ask and we Will afford you the sad tale of woe that has befallen this Old RIDER! Cry
