Tuesday morning I had a heart attack. Pain started around 10 am after a car fire,  I put off calling the ambulance till 10 pm. when I could no longer put up with the discomfort. 3 stints put in, and now just hoping I get out of here tomorrow. Everything is going along O.K. no pain or anything else, so I should be back to my usual self (with a few modifications) in a few more days.

Your tougher that me, I only lasted about 3 hours before heading to the emergency room. Had my first dose of morphine to ease the pain. Got some idea of why people get addicted to stuff like that. If you get that same feeling again don't hesitate, get some help quick. I've had first hand experience with stints and bypass surgery.

Glad you are on the road to recovery.  Next time...don't want so long to call for help!!!!!

Prayers from Pittsburgh for a safe and speedy recovery.  My brother (55yo) in GA just had a double bypass but no Heart Attack.  He had nausea, vomiting, jaw pain and indications of some high blood pressure.  Had some serious blockage in an area where stints could not go so surgery was required.  You might be able to help someone else if you post what activity you were doing and what symptoms you experienced.... they are different depending on the person from what I understand.  Some might not have all of them or the same ones.

Be careful and take it easy out there.....

Glad youre home. Good thoughts from the desert.
I didnt do what the doc's told me after the cardio lookie through the femoral artery. Next day was 7 hrs in the er and the biggest bruise on my leg I've ever seen. I was bleedin out.
Oddly enough they know what theyre talkin about.
Relax and have someone else do the liftin for a while.
