Hey all.

What’s the newest best darkside tire that y’all are running?  Currently have a Yokohama Invigor with 20k plus but need to pull rear end for maintenance and figure might as well drop a new one on.

It’s a 205/60/16 currently and like how it fits

Also interested if I should do a run flat

Suggestions and pics appreciated

The Michelin Cross Climate 2 in 205 60 is a great tire.  It has a cool tread pattern (that throws water out the side), but it does not ride like a car tire at all. (Best one for me ever)   After about a year of riding on them, neither shows any appreciable wear at all.

I have them on both my Interstates from last year, and of course prices on everything are up.

Run flats have very stiff sidewalls, and that is not great on a motorcycle rear tire.  All season radials with ordinary sidewalls ride better in the leans and turns.

I am looking for something 205/60 also but couldn’t find the Yokohama in that size.

I see a lot of people use 205 60s but I don't want my rpms to go up, I saw a video of a guy using a 195 75, any thoughts?

205/65-16 rpms lowered by 200.  right now top of my list is Toyo Extensa A/S II.  it has a narrow tread of 5.9 inch s it will react more like a M/C and most important it is listed as 2 ply sidewall tire.
