Jacking the bike up

So many have wondered how the jack up the Valkyrie and its really pretty easy.
I really don't recommend or feel comfortable doing the single jack under the center of the bike.
So this is pretty easy to do but requires 2 jacks and 1 jack stand or at least one jack and two stands.
The easiest points to jack up are the crash bars and the rear center spring/shock attachment behind the coolant tank under the bike.
If you just wanted to raise the front for tire maintenance all you have to do is put the jack stand under the crashbar on the opposite side of the kickstand. Make the jackstand high enough that you have to lift a bit with your hand to set the bike on the top of the jackstand. Of course put some rags on the top of the stand in order to not scratch the bar. Then on the opposite side position the jack under the other crash bar with rags on the pad and jack the front up. Make sure both stand and jack are firmly secured to the crashbar. That will take care of the front for oil changes, tires, and any front maintenance required.
The rear is super easy from there, just put the jack under the shock support and jack the rear of the bike up. The clearance to remove the rear tire is a bit tight but doable and any rear maintenance can be done this way.
Its also good for cleaning the rear wheel since you don't have to use the front jacks or stand to raise the front just jack the backup at the same point while on the stand. CAREFUL not to jack to high and always observe the angle of the bike so as to not knock it over.
