OK run a can of seafoam thru her she still aint right, but runs good above half throtle. Guess its time for the slow jet change, where do you get the larger#38 slow jets and how hard is this to do? I'm not a master mech but I do most of all the work on my bikes and cars, so I would appreciate some help from some one that has done this, do you have to remove the whole system from the bike or can it be done still on the bike? Thanks for any help.

Chaparral has the 38 slow jets http://www.chaparral-racing.com/Chaparral/product_family.asp?family%5Fid=11180&gift=False&mscssid=0FE629AE555A04B208A1A15FF3E91ADC
Also Sudco has them # KE 019-006.
By removing the tank, air filter box and intake tubes you can tie up one side of the carb bank at a time to remove the fuel bowls and slow jets. Space is cramped, you will need an inspection mirror and a right angle bit driver. A JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) # 2 phillips will help prevent rounding out the screws. Most replace them with hex screws. It also saves you back if you have the bike on a lift.
