Or just search 90113-KZ3-000 in Google and you'll come up with some choices. Even titanium aftermarket, as this special flange bolt is used at some other Honda's too.

turns out it was the 8x12 bolt that holds the plastic reservoir cover
put a lock washer behind it

all good now
