Want to go underground?  The Beckley, WV Exhibition Coal Mine will show you the way they used to work coal.  It is part of an historic park that many folks find interesting.  It is about 50 miles from the motorcycle meet.

We took this tour a couple of years ago. It is WELL worth your time! Our tour guide was a retired miner, and the conditions and stories he relayed were eye-opening, to say the least.
