"Avatar" is the story of an ex-Marine who finds himself thrust into hostilities on an alien planet filled with exotic life forms. As an Avatar, a human mind in an alien body, he finds himself torn between two worlds, in a desperate fight for his own survival and that of the indigenous people

It's almost as good of a movie as brother where art thou. Close but not quite.

I didn’t see the movie, nor do I ever plan on it.

The reviews I’ve read all tend to make the American military out to be environmental rapists only out to steal resources from foreign countries or in this case; world..  (kind of like what the news media says we’re doing in Iraq).

My niece said it’s kinda like “Dances with wolves” but with blue people, and I didn’t care much for that movie either.

Movies aren’t my thing.

Remember Guys and Gals, IT'S A MOVIE.  Nothing more or less.  It is fictional and a good sci-fi flick.  I enjoyed it and so did the SO.
