Why am I posting this?
There are all kinds of people selling crap on ebay and even established accessory retailers, but so many VRCC members are also VENDORS and they tend to give us far better service.
For example, Daryl at XF6 Design is very busy making a VTX 1300 for a display at the Chicago International Motorcycle Show.
I needed two custom made brackets for an accessory that he made for me and he knew that I was in a hurry to finish my bike as we are leaving for Daytona next week. He took the parts off his personal Valk because of the deadline and mailed them to me before even getting a check.
We should consider contacting our own supporters like "Valkyrie Bling and More", "Viper Creations", "Horseapple Ranch", "Dragon Packs", "RattleBars", Carolina Bike and Trike" and others as they know Valkyries better than most and they are willing to bend over backwards to please our members. You can't say that about most non-supporting vendors.

cooldude Hope y'all have a great time. Going to any races ? I was there in 2004 and the only reasons I'd go back would be to see some races or if someone paid me.  Smiley

Somewhere out West, Which way did I go?

Amen to that Momz... that's part of why I took a break from the VRCC boards for a while.  I got tired of defending our supporting vendors from constant criticizm on the boards, rather than working with the vendor to resolve order mistakes.  Our vendors are all we have, fewer and fewer now, than before.

+1 on our vendors.  I have dealt with several of them, several times, and they are VERY good.

I just bought a set of Mick-O-Pegs from Riding is Wonderful.  I agree, we need to support our vendors.

You will absolutley love those M-O-Ps.
And if by some strecth of the imagination, something isn't right for you, Jim will work with you to make it right.
I have them on my I/S and I wish I'd bought them well before wasteing "Lots-O-Dollars" on Kury pegs, various mounts, and offsets. No more Kurys, M-O-Ps are the way to go.

Daryl from XF6 Design called me this morning and asked if everything was OK (directions, fit, etc) and thanked me for my order.

I have to say "Thanks Daryl" for his concern, precise fit, extra hardware, and prompt delivery.  cooldude
