Ride today, I was able to get about 130 miles.  I've been riding to work and back forth but this is the first
longer run.  Lunch with a friend and my son. Chilly 40 deg. to start and made it to 53 by lunch and back to 40 when we got home.  Beautiful weather.

Good to hear someone is getting in rides.   

I have not been riding since early December, weather and a Knee problem.  Looks like I won't be riding for 8 weeks after knee is rebuilt in the end of March.  My Valk is not a happy lady.
