I fell asleep in the third period and lightly woke up for the post game…I thought we won, turned off the tv and went back to sleep only to read we had lost.  Grin Oh well to lose in OT by a goal isn’t that disappointing.

I don't begin to know or understand Hockey.   So, if there's nothing else to watch, I'll tune in for the fights.   Other than that, Congratulations to the Canadian team.   Soccer is another game that bores me but, it is, what it is.   They don't fight much in soccer.  Wink

A guy that I used to work with referred to soccer as communist football.

I went to two pro games in my life. 1 NY Rangers at The Garden and another NJ Devils at their Newark Arena when it was new. It’s a fun time. The sights and sounds are like no other sport. I do not knkw all the rules but I do know icing so there’s that.

It is a fast game and keeping your eye on everything and everyone on the ice can be challenging, it like watching 4 find the pea (under the cup) games all at once. I don’t follow too much in sports with the exception of the NY Yankees and I’ll usually catch a few games a week on tv.

I played a little hockey and soccer.  It's a lot of extremely tiring running and skating as hard as you can almost non stop, back and forth all game long..... and almost no scoring (so very frustrating).

That's why there's so may fights in hockey; pure frustration.  Most career pro hockey players only have three teeth left.   Grin
