When I 1st reired a bit over 16 year ago I'd call in my refills on the automated refill system and within a week or so had my drugs delivered VIA USPS. Fast forward to early 2024 from call in to delivery increased to a week and a half to 2 weeks!  Lips Sealed Nov Dec 2024 V A informed me the drugs I order and other Veterans as well will now be delivered VIA FedEx. I ordered this past Saturday 2 scrips and 1 showed up Yesterday and the other showed up Today!  cooldude I called the pharmacy at Poplar Bluff Mo. and offered Kudos for the choice of the shipping now used. Poplar Bluff V A KNEW there was a shipping problem with USPS and it got changed! I iz a happy camper!  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

When I order my VA drugs, I'm always told 7 to 10 days for delivery.   Normally, that's true.   But, every now and then they come much sooner or, much later.   Not long ago, one shipment was delivered to my old address in Hattiesburg, MS.   FedEx contacted me when the package was rejected by the owners of my old home.   Sold that home about a year ago.   No idea how that happened.

Regardless, it seems like a good system but not perfect.
