National Cycle Light Bar - upgrading to LEDs

Hi all - reaching out as I purchased Cyclops' LED Passing lights to replace the halogen ones on my national cycle light bar. However, the light pod wasn't deep enough and I purchased some third party pods that houses them perfectly. However, I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get the NC light bar passing light pods off. Anyone have experience removing them? hoping to reach into the collective recesses of the forum nether
