question for local flolks Still looking

I am wondering if there are any of you folks out there or someone you know who are wanting Valkyrie.  

Due to medical problems, total knee replacement, I find that I am not as easy riding as I was before.  I need to down size to to smaller bike.    I would like to find a new home for my Valk.   I have not started the  process of advertising her on Craig list or here.

She is '99 IS with 141K on the clock.  

Please respond if you or you know of someone who would be interested.

Good:  I assume all is in good condition and everything works?  Bad:  Details on anything in this category.  Pricing?  Looking to trade for smaller bike, say another VT1100?

If you don't find a buyer at your fair price, you might try advertising for a trade; and I'd describe the size and type of bike I was looking to trade for in my add. 

Or better yet, advertise for a sale AND say you'll also consider trades for such and such type of bikes. 

I haven't had a knee replacement (thank goodness), but at 72 I still have no problem riding, but pushing my Interstates around and jerking them up off the kickstands is harder than it it used to be.

TrapperAH1G   I am not wanting to make a lot.   Want to find her a new home where someone will appreciate her.

She is a Green and Silver I/S.   
  Major changes have been.
      Clearview windshield
      Ultimate bigboy seats
      replaced the timing belts at 100K
     Has a tourer stop light with backoff control.
     Rubber is good.  Light truck tire on back and Dunlop 404 on the front

When I put her away last of November all was working.  Engine was pulling strong.  Last week I did start her and she fired up.  Let her run for about 10 minutes, backed down the driveway way and rode her into the garage.  All appeared to be working.   I had put Marine Sta-Ble in her like I do most winters.   Also have had the battery on a tender.  I have change oil every 5K miles and did the rear end  every 10k or sooner if tire replacement was required.
