Racing FAN

     I've been to a Lot of local dirt tracks some paved local tracks and saw NASCAR trucks in person at Atlanta. Seen on the T V flyovers at the bigger races. Today on the Indianapolis parade lap NOT  1 But 2 Blackhawk? helicopters flew over the cars and around the track!  And i thought to myself=How KEWL is That?!  Even with the threat of rain the Indianapolis 500 is SOLD OUT!  RIDE SAFE.

The lady that sang the national Anthem really belted that one out. Great job, but I didn’t recognize her.

     In todays Coca Cola 600 ALL the cars on the starting grid are caring the Name and Rank of a Fallen Miltary Person on the windshield.     RIDE SAFE.

Wow, I had no idea.  I didn't watch the 600 and only caught several minutes of the 500, but this makes me wish I had.  I will try to see if YT has the race that I can stream.

At the halfway point of the race they also brought all of the cars onto pit road shut off the engines and observed an official moment of silence for all fallen soldiers.

This was something new for this year's race.

I thought that it was a moving moment.

       Jimmy those names on the windshields of the race cars were Indeed SPECIAL!  It does me good to see some folks here in AMERICA appreciate the Sacrifices made by our Brave Men and Women who CHOOSE to serve!  A Young Lady we Know here has made such a Choice!  RIDE SAFE.
