Recently started noticing a vibration on deceleration.  Upon inspection I found the u-joint was bad.  Luckily I had previously purchased a used one from ebay so had a spare sitting on the shelf to get it going again.  To replace my backup I can buy new from about $190 - $237 or used from ebay varying prices.  Or since the yokes are fine rebuild what I have?

So my question is has anyone had success rebuilding the u-joint?  I seem to recall the topic being discussed but I've been unable to find any information on the process & part #'s.

Goldwing GL1500 uses the same u-joint. I've picked up a few low mileage ones over the yrs. they are still sitting on the shelf.
