This moment a truck stop in Widener Arkansas.   Considered pushing through to home tonight but the rain wind heat and exhaustion making it not safe so stopping tonight in Hope Arkansas.

Incidentally, Kaelynn is pretty well grown up beyond even her age (Those triplets are all well advanced.).  She told me her dad is pretty much the only one who stills calls her  KK.   Smiley

Made it to motel in Hope Arkansas....

From my FB post:

Hey Arkansas (And any other state still doing this stupid crap ), having different speed limits for trucks and everyone else makes your roads LESS safe, not more safe!

I40 and I30 have been a nightmare of one rolling roadblock after another most of today... Ugh...

Anyway, we're close enough to home I seriously considered pushing through. A younger and dumber me would have, but as Clint says....

So stopped for the night in Hope Arkansas.

(And yes, I know no one that can change the stupid Arkansas law will ever read my post. Thank you for coming to my TED Rant...

I passed a big dump truck doing 20 mph (in a 45) on a double yellow with 200 feet of clear road ahead (in about 3 seconds) the other day.

And he honked and gave me the finger.   Grin

I waved and smiled.  (Lighten up dude, no one was in danger)
